  1. Waist- Measure circumference around the narrowest part (typically the small of the back where the body bends to the side), keeping tape horizontal
  2. Hips- Measure circumference around fullest part of hips keeping the tape measure horizontal
  3. Inseam- Inseam refers to the length of the garment, from the crotch seam to the hem
