A fine tuned blend of grip, durability, usability, and pure style the ION Scrub AMP Bike Shoe is a flat pedal shoe designed for long rides with an EVA midsole and comfy insole, and features that maximize the joy of the ride. The Pin Tonic sole concept 2.0 is a new outsole profile features positive threads in the forefoot and heel area for perfect traction while pushing or carrying your bike. The SUPTraction got a stickier rubber compound to go with the negative profile on the which offers the perfect grip and space for the pins while riding. As grip on the pedal is just a part of power transmission the very front toe area features a lower shape for maximum contact on the pedal and better power transmission. These flat pedal bike shoes feature added protection against rocks and roots in the toe area and an ankle pad to protect against contact with the cranks for your ankles. For the mountain bike rider who knows they're going to be doing some lifting and hiking along with their time on the pedals and is looking for a comfortable shoe with solid pedal grip to get them on the trails they want to ride: the Scrub AMP is your shoe.
