Product Works in Intended Application - Outstanding Customer Service

"The axle works for its' intended purpose. There was a problem though - the package was labeled 1.75 thread (which is what I ordered) but the actual axle in the package was 1.5 thread. Not sure how that happened but contacted Mike's Bikes. Received a reply almost immediately, on Sunday evening, apologizing and saying they would send correct replacement the following morning. And provided PP label to return the mis-labeled package at my convenience. No questions asked. Now that is outstanding customer service. They didn't care why this happened, just in getting me the correct product. Note that Blackburn may have mis-labeled the part, so wouldn't be fault of Mike's Bikes. I will be spreading the word on the intense customer focus of Mike's Bikes."
