REAR SHOCK
SERVICE

This service keeps your rear shock running smoothly by removing the air can, replacing worn seals and dust wipers, and re-lubricating with fresh fluid. Regular service restores performance, prevents premature wear, and ensures a plush, consistent ride. Recommended every 6 months or 50 hours of ride time.

What's included?

• Remove and disassemble the air sleeve

• Clean and inspect all internal components

• Replace air sleeve seals and dust wipers

• Refill with fresh fluid and lubricants

SUSPENSION FORK
SERVICE

This service keeps your suspension fork running like new by removing the lower legs, replacing the foam rings and dust wipers, and applying fresh lubrication. Regular service keeps your fork smooth, responsive, and ready for any terrain. Recommended every 6 months or 50 hours of ride time.

What's included?

• Remove lower legs from suspension fork

• Clean and inspect internal components

• Replace seals and dust wipers

• Lubricate suspension internals and add fresh oil

SUSPENSION
INSPECTION

This complimentary check identifies wear, leaks, or performance issues in your fork and shock before they become costly repairs. Recommended every 12 months or 200 hours of ride time.

What's included?

• Damper rebuild service includes:

• Remove damper assembly from fork or shock

• Drain and replace damper oil (Fox and Rockshoc)

• Clean and inspect internal damper components

• Replace worn seals and O-rings

• Complete reassembly and settings check

When should I drop off my suspension item(s)?

To ensure we can start your service on time, please drop off your bike or suspension item(s) one business day before your scheduled service or inspection date.

What is the turnaround time for a damper service?

We can accommodate a turnaround time of 3 - 5 business days for all of our suspension lab services.

Can Mike's Bikes accommodate damper tuning?

Yes, we can perform tuning adjustments on specific suspension components. For more information and to see if your components are compatible, please contact your nearest store.

Does suspension service come with a warranty?

Yes! All of our suspension work is covered by a 3-month warranty from the date of service.
