A great bike deserves great care. Whether you're chasing weekend miles, commuting every day, or exploring new trails, regular maintenance keeps your bike performing at its best for years to come. Our 5-Year Maintenance Plans make it easy.

For just $300 ($60 a year) you'll receive five years of unlimited full Comp Tune-Ups. Or for $750 ($150 a year), we offer our Pro Maintenance Plan which includes everything in the regular plan PLUS one Pro Tune-up per year. These plans can save you hundreds on routine maintenance while keeping your new bike performing its best, mile after mile.

These service plans are available for new bikes purchased from Mike's Bikes and must be added within 90 days of your bicycle purchase.

Designed for riders who log serious miles and expect peak performance every ride. Includes everything in the Standard Plan, plus one Pro Tune-Up each calendar year.

What’s Not Covered

  • Any parts, whatsoever.
  • Labor charge for replacement of parts, other than those itemized above.
  • Installation of accessories.
  • Repair of damage from accidents or crashes.
  • Repair of damage from abuse, neglect, or lack of maintenance.
  • Rebuilding wheels.
  • Any internal tech to suspension forks or rear shocks, other than routine lubrication.

Terms & Conditions

Mike's Bikes offers a 5-Year Maintenance Plan for $300 (or $750 for the Pro Plan). When purchased with a qualifying new bicycle, the Plan entitles the original purchaser to eligible maintenance services for five (5) years from the Plan purchase date.

The Plan is available only to customers who purchased a new bicycle from Mike's Bikes within the previous 90 days. It is not available for bicycles purchased elsewhere or for bicycles more than 90 days after the original purchase date. Eligibility for the Plan is determined solely by Mike's Bikes. We reserve the right to decline or cancel a Plan at our discretion. If a Plan is canceled by Mike's Bikes, the original purchaser's sole remedy will be a refund of the unused, prorated portion of the Plan purchase price. The Plan is offered only as a five-year program and is not renewable.

The Plan is honored at any Mike's Bikes location and will also be accepted at any future Mike's Bikes stores opened during the coverage period.

The Plan is non-transferable and is valid only for the original purchaser and the bicycle for which it was purchased. Proof of purchase may be required when redeeming Plan benefits. The Plan cannot be transferred to another bicycle. Removal or attempted removal of the Plan sticker by anyone other than Mike's Bikes staff immediately voids the Plan. Loss, theft, or destruction of the covered bicycle also immediately voids the Plan.

Coverage determinations are made at the sole discretion of Mike's Bikes management. All covered services must be scheduled through our normal service process and are subject to shop availability. The Plan does not guarantee expedited service or a specific turnaround time, as completion times vary based on service demand, staffing, and parts availability.

The 5-Year Maintenance Plan is designed to help keep your bicycle performing at its best while reducing the cost of routine maintenance. While it won't eliminate every maintenance expense, it can significantly reduce the cost of keeping your bike in excellent working order over the life of the Plan.
