Like a Rocket

"I secretly vowed never to buy an "ebike. " But I had to rethink the matter when recent heart surgery sapped much of my riding power. With the Synapse Neo, I can still do the routes and climbs that keep me cycling. The four power levels are impressive and allow me to attack steep inclines much faster and with less effort than on my road bike. I only need the Sprint and Turbo modes when I want to power up hills. But the Eco and Tour modes still give enough assist to climb at a more casual pace. Granted, the bike is heavy (about 34 lbs) so the handling is not that nimble. Nevertheless, I am extremely pleased with the purchase."
