Mike's Bikes Rewards is just one way we appreciate you, our customers. Without you, there's no us. With Mike's Bike Rewards, you can earn FREE gear, discounts and other perks just by shopping online or in-store at Mike's Bikes.

You will earn 1 point for every hard earned dollar you spend at Mike’s Bikes. Whether you make a purchase online or in-store, you will earn points. Points are associated to your email address which is required for all online purchases. If you purchase in-store, just provide the sales associate with your email address at checkout and you will receive points.

You can view your points online at mikesbikes.com. Just click on the "Mike’s Bikes Rewards" widget on the bottom center of our website. When you are signed in, your points will show automatically.

The easiest way to redeem your points is online at mikesbikes.com. To redeem your points, click on the Mike's Bikes Rewards widget on the bottom of your browser window. Within the widget, you can click on the Redemption Catalog to see the rewards you have unlocked. Or, if you prefer, you can also Pay with Points for your next purchase.

When redeeming rewards online, we recommend choosing Store Pickup if you are near a Mike's Bikes location. If you are outside the area, you can always choose Shipped to your Door, but there will be a shipping charge unless you are combining with another purchase to qualify for FREE Shipping.

Unfortunately, points can't last forever so be sure to use them. Unredeemed points will expire after 12 months.

Peloton Club and Peloton Podium Club are additional tiers based on lifetime points. These tiers unlock a different level of rewards including VIP exclusives like visits to the Santa Cruz HQ. You also gain access to our Peloton Club newsletter with additional perks, but we can't say much more than that.

Peloton Club Status - Once you've reached 6,000 lifetime points (This is next level stuff, folks!)

Podium Club Status - At 12,000 lifetime points (Well hellooo high achiever!)

We rolled all previous points earned into our new program to provide better visibility and easier redemption.

If you had unlocked rewards from the previous program, they are still available, but can only be redeemed in-store. When you visit your local Mike's Bikes, be sure to let them know you had a reward under the previous loyalty program.

If you just made a purchase online and don't see your points, no need to worry. Your points will be updated once your order is processed and shipped.

Rewards points can not be combined with any other offer or discount codes; you can either redeem rewards points or apply another discount code to your order as you prefer!
