Same Face, Different Name.

Full Cycle Boulder is Now Mike's Bikes!

Change is never easy, but we're genuinely excited about the opportunities it brings — new places to ride and new riders to connect with. If you have any questions about the changes we're making, we encourage you to reach out or stop by any of our stores. We'd love to see you.

As part of this transition, the Full Cycle Café will be temporarily closed. We know it's been a beloved part of the experience here, and we're taking time to thoughtfully explore what the future of the café could look like.

Read on to learn more, and shop with confidence, knowing we're here for you every step of the ride.

Who is Mike's Bikes?

Mike's Bikes was founded in 1964 as one of Marin County's very first Schwinn shops. It is rumored that our store in San Rafael was home to some of the first mountain bikes in the country. Cycling has changed dramatically as the decades have rolled by, but Mike's Bikes has never wavered from our total dedication to the sport.

Today, Mike's Bikes is a growing family of bike shops with a singular purpose: to get as many people on bikes as possible. With 18 successful stores across Northern California and Colorado, a rapidly growing E-Commerce business, and now our newest location in Boulder, the ride just keeps getting better!

Our professional staff of over 300 cycling enthusiasts will ensure that your experiences both in the store and on your bike are the best they can be.

Our Mission:

We are here to help people experience the world by bike, live a healthier lifestyle, and engage with their local cycling community. Our success as a business comes from our ability to help create a better retail experience for our customers.

We believe in meeting you there regardless of how you want to shop. So, in-store or online, we are working to provide a professional and informative experience rather than a buy-it-now button or simply a cash register.
