The Giro Switchblade MIPS was designed to meet the growing demands of enduro riders for a safer helmet to ride and race in. Full-face helmets have always offered the highest levels of protection, but they are poorly suited for climbing since they restrict airflow and are heavy. The Switchblade was designed to give you two helmets in one and can easily be transformed from a full-face to a half-shell in a matter of seconds with its removable chin bar.

The Switchblade’s versatile design is packed with all of the latest technology including MIPS Multi-Directional Impact Protection System, in-mold EPS construction, and a P.O.V. Plus visor system. There's internal channeling and wind-tunnel cheek pad ventilation to keep you cool with Hydrophilic X-Static antimicrobial padding to make sure your head stays dry. A multitude of sizes and Giro’s Roc Loc Air DH fit system ensures that every rider can find the right Switchblade setup.
