Staying true to ION's perfect mix of grip, durability, usability, and style, the Scrub Amp flat pedal shoes feature the new Pin Tonic Sole concept 2.0—a "tastier" version to satisfy all those riders hungry for endless all-day runs.

The new outsole profile features positive treads in the forefoot and heel areas for perfect traction when pushing or carrying your bike, while the negative profile offers the perfect grip and space for pedal pins while riding. The cushioned EVA midsole and comfortable insole remain unchanged from the previous version. Since pedal grip is only part of power transmission, the front toe area features a lower profile to ensure maximum contact with the pedal. The Scrub Amp also features reinforced protection against rocks and roots in the toe area and ankle protection against crank contact.
