"First, thanks for the great service. The bike is awesome. I am very disappointed though that I cannot acquire a front or rear bike rack for extended day trip items. Also, given it is carbon frame, it requires more care than anticipated. It requires a car carry system with a tire restraint rather than a frame restraint, adding much more cost than anticipated. Overall, amazing engineering !"

"Moterra Neo Carbon 2 the chain skips on two of the cogs, chain is good all of the parts look good, I had it adjusted and it worked fine for a week, now it skips really bad on two of the gears. Other than the chain skip the bike is awesome!"
