We're not claiming to reinvent the inner tube with technology, but we are bringing a novel approach to a classically commoditized product that all other companies treat as an afterthought. There are many other well-designed and aesthetically pleasing products in the bike industry, and we felt inner tubes deserved the same fate for a change. Having a fresh tube in our bag or jersey pocket has saved our asses (and reputation, let's be honest) WAY more often than clean underwear ever did. 

And sometimes one tube isn't enough. That's why we carry a patch in our wallets now. It might get funny looks at parties, but now at least we know why.
