Disappointed and frustrated

"Sent for some spacers, bolts and nuts for the rear shock of a NS Snabb. I was told they were found and I was sent a link to purchase them. First of all the bag had 2 bolts, 1 but, 3 spacers the wrong size. I sent a request for return the same day I received them no reply other than the acknowledgement that I put a request. After charging me 10 dollars on UPS something that could of been sent USPS for probably 2 dollars and I would of gotten the items in 3 days instead of the week it took. Trying to call but only answering service is all I get. Trying to support LBS before going Amazon and this is what I got. Spoke with online customer service and it was frustrating they can keep the $$ just sorry I wasted time and money on this place,"
