"It's been 20+ years since I last used a chest-strap heart rate monitor for cycling. Since that time, I have relied upon a smart watch as a more convenient/comfortable option. I desired a more reliable/accurate heart rate measurement, so I decided to give the chest-strap monitor another chance. I'm 6'1" and 175 pounds. I chose the M-XL, and the fit was perfect.
