Wonderful bike, equally awesome company.

"Bike was not only cheaper than other shops, they also offered (via black Friday deal) a gift card for their website (to be delivered/emailed after Christmas to disclaim). Bike arrived, instructions for assembly was incredibly easy and straightforward to follow along with their YouTube video as I'm COMPLETELY new to cycling and am very ignorant to this stuff so that fact I was able to do it solo, sincere kudos to them. Also, unfortunately, my chain was damaged during shipping. Only a single email was all it took and customer service fixed the issue. No headache at all. EXTREMELY happy about that. TLDR; I'm very happy with my bike and HIGHLY recommend the company."

Really easy to buy and ride!

"I took a spin on a Defy at a meetup ride and was hooked. Mikesbikes has great reviews and prices and none of the local shops even had it in stock. It arrived in perfect shape, took a few extra minutes to assemble as I'm new to through axles and disc brakes, but after a couple rides here in snowy NH, I am loving it! Fit, comfort, all fantastic and still snappy when climbing. It's the bike I needed for a long time and only now realized it. Aces all around!"

Buying a Giant Defy from Mike’s Bikes

"I recently purchased a Giant Defy from Mike’s Bikes and was very impressed with two aspects of my experience. First, before buying I called the company and spoke to a real, human associate who answered my questions and walked me through what to expect from an on-line purchase. Second, I was very impressed with the way my bike was packaged by Mike’s Bikes as each piece was secured to a cardboard backing board and organized in such a way that a non-bike mechanic (me) could figure out how to assemble it. Finally, I’m impressed with the bike. I kind-of-knew what I was getting as my son has on older version, however I am very much enjoying this new bike. I’m an older short distance triathlete and replaced a Felt tri-bike with this Giant. I put some aero bars on and a new saddle and will race this weekend. I no longer want the aggressive position the Felt offered and with the 32mm tires and more relaxed geometry I hope to race for years to come. And one more note, Mike’s had the lowest price anywhere I found as I searched for this bike. None-the-less these bikes are expensive, so it’s only right that a company make this a pleasant and fruitful experience…. . Mike’s Bikes did this for me!"
