Mike’s Bikes will gladly accept returns within 30 days of original purchase date. Items must be in new condition, with all original packaging, and with all manuals and accessories included.
- Bicycles may be returned or exchanged for store credit only.
- No returns on “Special Order” items.
All refunds require original receipt. For returns without an original receipt, we may, at our discretion, issue store credit.
Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment as originally used.
Mike’s Bikes accepts US currency, GE Capital financing, and all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). A credit card must have a working magnetic strip to be a valid form of payment. For your security, we do not “key in” credit card numbers, and we do not accept personal checks.
We offer several UPS shipping options for delivery within the United States: UPS Ground, UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS Next Day Air.
